Ms Arti Kushwah

Director

Ms. Arti Kushwah brings more than 25 years of experience, building teams and businesses with multiple financial and social development services. She has an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore and MSW in Community Development from Indore Management Institute, DAVV. Since 1999, She is working as a Chief Operating Officer (CEO) of Priyasakhi Mahila Sangh, Indore and is one of its founders who has a broad experience of women’s SHGs and their federation. She oversees the organization’s strategy & growth for business development.

Ms. Bharti Kushwah

Director

Ms. Bharti Kushwah is the founder and promoter of women based SHGs federation, Priyasakhi Mahila Sangh, Indore and cooperative society, Pratigya Mahila Samanvit Vikas Bachat Avam Sakh Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit. She has done her M.Com and PGDCA from Gujarati Girls College, Indore. She brings more than 20 years of experience working as a core team member for Project Management, SHG’s master trainer for Accounting & Auditing, Financial Management, Community and Resource mobilization. She oversees the artisans group and product development related initiative.

Ms. Deepti Kushwah

Mrs. Dipti Kushwah is the founder and promoter of women based SHGs federation, Priyasakhi Mahila Sangh, Indore and cooperative banking society, Pratigya Mahila Samanvit Vikas Bachat Avam Sakh Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit. She has done her M.Com and PGDCA from Gujarati Girls College, Indore. She brings more than 20 years of experience working as a core team member for SHG’s promotion and Bank Linkage Programme, Organization & Human Resource Development. She has expertise in Designing, Development & Management of women empowerment programmes. She oversees manufacturing, and quality assurance of the products.
