Shipping Policy

• All products will be shipped 7-10 days after placing your order unless otherwise stated or emailed to you.

• If you haven't yet received shipping information/order confirmation? Email us at info@vasundharaindia.in and we'll send it as soon as possible!

• Any changes in address must be emailed within 30 minutes of placing your orderotherwise we can't change it.

• No changes in an order are allowed once an order is placed, relating to number of items/products chosen.

Return and Cancellation Policy

In the rare case that you are not satisfied by the product you bought or your product arrives damaged, following is our return policy:

• Some products are eligible for return and some are for final sale to maintain fairness to our self-help group women.

• It will be clearly mentioned on your product description view.

• Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 3 days of receiving the items.

• Mention the details of your order and drop us an email at info@vasundharaindia.in with the reason for return.

• Before returning the product, make sure that the product is not damaged.

• In the rarest of the rare event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Full refunds will be initiatedwithin 24 hours after the product has been picked up.

• For cash on delivery orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3-5 working days.

• All returns are subject to the discretion of Vasundhara.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchange:

• Misfit: Eligible for Return and exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by customer.

• Received Damaged: Eligible for Return and Exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by us.

• Wrong Product Shipped: Eligible for Return and Exchange. Reverse Shipment Charges will be paid by us.
